To begin

with, as buses rarely come on time, commuters are suffering so many problems.

Firstly

, students are unable to reach school on time and they missed their

teaching class.

, workers, who use busy service regularly, are late for work and all sorts of scheduled tasks have gone wrong and we even missed important meetings on some days.

Therefore

, we are unable to pre-arrange for anything, as we cannot rely on the time when the

will arrive. I think authorities should take action to solve

issue as soon as possible. I would like to suggest that the
