You would like to buy some electrical goods at a shop in a nearby town. Write a letter to the shop and ask if they have the things you want or whether they will be able to order them. Ask what the prices are and how long they will be able to hold the goods for you.
Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing
this
letter to inquire about some of the cables that you might have in your store.
I am getting my house built and for the same ,reason I would require copper and HDMI cables to be used throughout the house for cameras and electrical wiring. I wanted to understand if you have them at your store or not.
If you don't have the required products, could you order them from other stores and try to get these before the end of the month? As I live in the nearby town called Freenkow, your shop is the only place where I can get these wires.
Additionally
, I would like to know about the price for 1 metre of the item, I would need 100-120 meters of both wires. Please let me know by when the wires could be made available.
Awaiting your reply to the aforementioned request.
Yours faithfully
