You recently had some items shipped to you from overseas. Upon receiving the shipment, you found some things damaged in transit. Write a letter to the manager of the shipping company. Those items were sent by my friend who lived in London for my new research project . He shipped three paper boxes from London to Yangon with your service because we believed your company has a good reputation and review.
Unfortunately, some laboratory equipment inside the boxes was broken when I received them . Although
these cartons were strong , probably somewhere they were dropped by someone seriously. Obviously, there were clear labels on top of the boxes where these require to handle gently, however
