Varied opinions have been put on the table when it comes to the hiring process of employees , so the decision needs to be taken wisely to fulfil the requirements of a company.
However
, some say that social skills are as vital as good qualifications for getting success in a job. In
this
essay , I shall fortify the notion with suitable arguments and necessary illustrations before citing my feasible conclusion. To start with , the
first
and perhaps the most important reason behind
this
seems to be dealing with customers in a good manner for convincing them to sell their products. By ,
this
I mean that the employee needs objection headlining skills in order to fulfil the requirements of the buyer .
Furthermore
, communicating with customers plays an essential role because behaviour is varying from person to person , so they should have knowledge about how to deal with everyone. Meanwhile , teamwork is an important skill to run a company in a good way .
In addition
to
this
, if employees support as well as encourage one another while doing the job
then
they can perform well in every situation. Shifting towards the
second
pool of thought many jobs require educational knowledge and experience for doing it and sometimes it does not need any social skill because they do not have to deal with people .
for example
, if a scientist is finding new medicine ,
then
they should be aware of subjects
such
as chemistry and biology. Meanwhile , many companies need employees who run a plant for them , so they have to hire qualified people to offer jobs. In nutshell , I indeed think that social skills are more important than qualifications, but it depends on the job when employers hire any person.
