You recently bought a piece of equipment for your kitchen but it did not work. You phoned the shop but no action was taken. Write a letter to the shop manager. In your letter: • describe the problem with the equipment • explain what happened when you phoned the shop • say what you would like the manager to do
Dear sir,
I am your regular customer and I am writing
this
letter to draw your attention towards a juicer
which I bought last
month from your shop and it is not working due to a missing section.
The previous month you had 30 per cent off on the entire kitchen machinery and I also
needed a juicer
for my kitchen for which I bought one. I had invariably shopped from here ,and I am satisfied with your shop equipment. However
, unfortunately, this
time as I reach home and opened the pack I was very disappointed because the juicer
's main part that is
the net was absent. I immediately called the shop but no one answered my call.
I was wondering if you could pay heed to this
issue as soon as possible and either you could return my cash or should replace the juicer
with a new one.
Your prompt response will be awaited.
Your's sincerely,
