You recently bought a piece of equipment for your kitchen but it did not work. You phoned the shop but no action was taken. Write a letter to the shop manager. In your letter: • describe the problem with the equipment • explain what happened when you phoned the shop • say what you would like the manager to do
Dear Manager,
I am a regular customer of your electronic store. I am writing
this
letter to inform you about the micro-oven that I bought from your shop
one week ago. It is of reliance brand and medium size.
One week ago I Came to your shop
with my family. Your staff very warmly welcomed us. Your shop
has a wide range of appliances. We selected an oven of the reliance brand. It is a medium-sized black colour. In the first
few days, it was working properly but for the last
3 days, it has stopped functioning. When we press the start button it displays a power error.
I called your shop
two times but did not receive any appropriate response. Therefore
I personally came to discuss the matter with you.
This
appliance is still in the warranty period. I was wondering if you could replace this
with another micro-oven.
your prompt response is awaited.
Your Sincerely,
Muhammad Irfan.Submitted by drsanaghani on
