Write a letter to the manager of the Lost and Found department of the railway regarding the luggage you accidentally left on the train. In your letter, give the details of your train trip, describe the luggage you left on the train, say what actions you want him/her to take.
Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing
this
letter with regard to my luggage which I had forgotten on the train. I was travelling from Gandhinagar to Surat by train named 'Karnavati Express' on the 21st of December, 2022. The baggage which I forgot on the train is a briefcase
in black colour and to track it properly it has my name printed on the front side and apart from that, the briefcase
contains a few important documents such
as my identity proof and some of my office documents.
Furthermore
, I request you to please immediately inform the destination railway station to look out for the briefcase
which I described in the above passage. Moreover
, I suggest you keep a prize on
luggage whoever finds it will be awarded and I am ready to pay the reward amount because the documents present in the Change preposition
in
briefcase
are extremely important to me.
Looking forward to a positive and prompt response.
Yours sincerely,
