In achieving personal happiness, our relationships with family, friends, and colleagues are more important than work and wealth. Do you agree or disagree with this?

In terms of reaching the state of being happy with oneself, it is debatable of which factor vitally contributes to it: professional and success aspect, judging by
one
's brilliant career and
wealth
, or
one
's relation with their close and loved ones.
Although
the topic tends to favor the latter more, I personally disagree with the majority. Career and
wealth
are two of the favorable factors contributing to our own
happiness
, in which the condition can be seen from the inability of some people to maintain good personal
relationship
with others that absolutely impacts to
one
's
happiness
. Personal
relationship
, either the close-bond or the less ones, tends to have the potential to break apart even with the slightest friction possible which lead to unhappiness, especially when any of the parties involved are unable to understand each other, communicate, and react with mature response.
For instance
in a household, a matter of off-track money-spending between the husband or the wife results to a debate in which both parties stand with their opinionated beliefs. The inability of trying to understand and communicate more as well as reacting maturely to solve the problem in the early stage could possibly turn into a never-ending fights, or worse: ended up in court for divorce case.
This
is a problem that oftenly happen and it greatly affects each of the parties'
happiness
and the course of their lives. Seeing how greatly it impacts
happiness
, it is not safe to rely on personal relationships in order to be happy. As to professional aspect, it is very contrast to what happens when things go wrong at workplace, as it can be solved easier due to lack of opinionated beliefs as the rule of thumb are clear and adequate. Conflicts can be cleared earlier and energy wasted on
such
problem is less than when problems arise in personal
relationship
. Less wasted energy on conflicts results to a more content and happy state of oneself.
Thus
it is safe to rely on work and
wealth
to reach personal
happiness
. It is concluded that work and
wealth
are more important contributors to reach our own
happiness
as when problems arises, personal energy wasted is less than on personal
relationship
conflicts that results in
one
become happier.
