Dear Sir or Madam: I am writing
this
letter to inform some problems that happened on my journey by taking the train. I launched my trip
last
Sunday by taking the speed train, and the departure time was 2 pm.
In addition
, the booking number is A0056, and my seat was in the economy cabinet, which is B18.
Moreover
, there is a luggage area in front of my seat.  Since I sat in front of the baggage area, the numerous visitors' luggage needed to be appropriately placed, which contributed to some belongings not being fixed in the assigned area and moving around on the aisle.  Due to
this
accident, one of the heavy carry-on bags crashed into my leg, and a bruise triggered my knees. Definitely, I was so angry by
this
incident, but I could not find any training attendants to solve
this
problem. I cordially request that the railway company assign an employee to tie a large amount of luggage properly and
also
place a warning sign to educate passengers about the maximum placement capacity.  Please consider my suggestions and make an immediate improvement regarding
this
