,I would like to point out that I am an English teacher.I am conducting my lessons online.Unfortunately,recently I have confronted a connection problem due to internet interruptions.

why I was obliged to cancel my 5

lessons.

situation has become irritating for me. I would be extremely grateful if you could do anything to help me in order to overcome
this
concern as soon as possible.If it is possible,one suggestion would be to appoint an engineer to come to my home and solve the defect. It is fear to demand compensation for lost time because
this
fault comes from your service and you are responsible for fulfiling the drawback.
Instead
of compensation,I offer to decrease my bill to a certain time. I hope you will address
this
