Dear sir or madam,
I am writing
this
letter to thank you and your crew. We did gather up to celebrate my grandfather's 90's birthday in Sunset Hotel last
Saturday and your crew did a great job.
A lot of elder people came to this
party so I requested some special treatment, especially helping them with their needs kindly. Party has an Italian theme as my grandfather was born in Italy but he had to immigrate and couldn't go back so he miss his culture. The decorations were amazing and the foods are even better! The cake's colours were green, red, and white just like the flag and my family loved this
detail. Everyone enjoyed their meal and the environment was quite cosy. I have to thank specifically Mrs. Philips because she was helpful to my grandmother. She helped her to walk when I wasn't around her. My nanny said how kind she is.
Yours faithfully,
