You successfully passed a job interview. You are expected to start on November 15, but you will not be available on that date. Write a letter to your new boss. In your letter  explain your situation  express your concern  suggest a solution Write at least 150 words. You do NOT need to write any addresses. Begin your letter as follows: Dear ………………….. ,

Dear sir, I am your new employee and, I am writing
this
letter to inform you about my delay in joining the office
due to
some serious issue. First of all, thank u sir for selecting me as a new member of your office. I am glad to be a part of
this
company and will try my efforts to fulfil all demands.
Last
week, when I went the home after the interview I found that my grandmother fell off the stairs and, was hospitalized for 3 weeks as her ankle joint was fractured. Now, it is only me to handle her at a hospital because there is no one else to perform
this
duty. I know my joining is on 15th of November,
however
, unfortunately, I would not be able to come on
this
date. I will soon join the office after two days and will complete all the pending assignments. I was wondering if you could give me leave for 2 days. Yours sincerely, Sana Ghani.
