letter to express my dissatisfaction with the flight that I took on Monday. I was on a Lufthansa airline from Montreal to New Delhi and I boarded around 11 pm on Monday. There were a lot of passengers during

travel too. One of the biggest challenges that I faced is the poor quality of food during travelling . It was so cold and tasteless .
Besides
, I sat for almost 20 hours in a plane without having any rest because of a congested space for sitting .
As a result
