I am writing this
letter to express my gratitude to your team member Peter, who pampered us with his above-par service.
Although
your property is one of the most expensive ones, we made up our minds to stay there considering the excellent google reviews, and I must say it was the right decision. It justifies every penny I have spent. When we check in, we were worried that the hotel
is located far from the city, as we were travelling with an infant and he may have special needs, but without mentioning peter made all the arrangements. For example
, he put a bottle of milk in a mini fridge without any request, arrange a cradle at night, and provide a stroller for an evening walk.
I believe Such
presence of mind deserved a reward and we tried to tip him while
we were checking out, but as it is against hotel
policy, he denied to accept it. However
, I am grateful for his service, and I want to reward him, I have attached a cheque with this
letter. Can you please give it to him with the official channel as per hotel
policies?
