Dear sir/ madam , I am writing
this
 letter to you to let you know about the problem I face with my recent online purchase from your company. My name is Arun Prakash and I ordered a cooking knife from your company and I got the same a few days ago . I spent 30 euros on the item .
Also
,the knife was sharp enough on the first use so I thought it was a worthy purchase. Unfortunately, the handle of the knife came out on the second day
while
 using it and I found it very difficult to fix .
Hence
 I am sorry to tell you that the quality of the product you sold is below average. I would like to get a refund for the item because I don't want to purchase any more from the company.
However
, I hope it will be easy to do a refund from your end as the item is under warranty. Please look into the matter and do the needful. Thank you for reading

Use a variety of complex and simple sentences

‘Complex’ sentences are not actually very complex; they are just two or more simple sentences put together. Putting them together makes the essay more coherent and cohesive.

Examples:

I really want to study but I’m too tired.

I wore a warm coat because the weather was cold.

If action is not taken soon on climate change, global warming will get worse.
