Some people think that interviewsm is not a reliable method of choosing whom to employ and there are other better methods. To what extent do you agree or disagree?

In
this
contemporary world, people choose to prefer skills rather than educational certifications. A few humans believe that the selection process of staff through interviews must be changed because there are a lot of other ways where we can recruit the best people in society. I completely agree with
this
statement.
This
essay will elaborate on my reasons in upcoming paragraphs which will lead us to a logical conclusion.
According to

statement, there are several reasons why interviews are not a reliable method.
To begin
with, think out of the box other than projects. people who have skills
according to
the current trend can survive. For some solutions, it is better to think out of the box in order to get the best outcomes.
