Looking from an overall
perspective, while
the percentage of processed food accounted for the most predominant share of the four categories, a reverse pattern can be seen in the figure for nuts and seeds, which always made up a small part of the charts.
Regarding the diagram, there was 41% of processed meals consumed by the world
population, which was much higher than China
and India
, at 34% and 39% respectively. In addition

the proportion of vegetables and fruits in the world
