in seven different faculties in the University during the year 2012. In general , the university contained more male

members compared to female members in most facilities. Engineering had the most
men

staff
whereas

women
it was education . To be specific , most of the male
staff
in universities accounted for engineering , which was 85% that year .
While
for
women
it was quite the opposite with 18 % .
Whereas
, the education faculty had the most female employees , which constituted 72% .
By contrast
,
men
only accounted for a quarter of that division in 2012 . Interestingly medicine was the only faculty in the university which had an almost similar amount of male and female workers and it made up 49% and 50% respectively.
While
the law and science section recorded almost identical trends for both genders of employees with 62% and 60% for
men
and 38% and 40% for
women
