The phenomenon of many superiors always demanding their subordinate should take

calls immediately even during non-working hours has aroused wide concern among various circles. Divergent as people's views on

issue in question may be, I personally believe that

working pattern will bring us more drawbacks than benefits. Regarding the benefits of recommending
staff
to answer

calls anytime, the most noticeable advantage is that the employers can easier and arrange jobs for each employee.
For example

may suddenly call a sick leave. So, there must be another
staff
to replace his position. If employers can connect their
staff
with a

call, it can easily be done.
Therefore

call even during holidays. Despite the aforementioned advantages, I still believe that there are more disadvantages to us and the company for several reasons. Probably the most significant one is that personal

Include an introduction and conclusion

A conclusion is essential for IELTS writing task 2. It is more important than most people realise. You will be penalised for missing a conclusion in your IELTS essay.

The easiest paragraph to write in an essay is the conclusion paragraph. This is because the paragraph mostly contains information that has already been presented in the essay – it is just the repetition of some information written in the introduction paragraph and supporting paragraphs.

The conclusion paragraph only has 3 sentences:

  • Restatement of thesis
  • Prediction or recommendation
