You recently had your computer fixed at the local computer store, however, you are not pleased with the service you received. Write a letter to the store manager. In the letter describe the situation, explain why you are dissatisfied, say what you want the manager to do

Dear Sir or Madam, I hope
this
letter finds you well. My name is Serag and I am a regular customer to your store. I am writing
this
letter to complain about the
last
service I received from the store. I purchased
this
computer for gaming, and I have installed the graphics card two weeks ago. It was working well for the first few days but the
last
week I felt that the frames go slow.
Then
I called customer service, and the agent was not welcoming so I did not have another choice but to write a formal letter to you. I forgot to mention that I have a year's guarantee from the store, so I request to replace
this
graphics card with a new one or to have the full amount refunded. Yours faithfully, Serag Mounir

Use a variety of complex and simple sentences

You should use complex sentences in your writing, but it does not mean that you should try to make all of our sentences complex.

‘Complex’ sentences are not actually very complex; they are just two or more simple sentences put together. Putting them together makes the essay more coherent and cohesive.

Examples:

I really want to study but I’m too tired.

I wore a warm coat because the weather was cold.

If action is not taken soon on climate change, global warming will get worse.
