You work for a small company. Your manager has asked you to arrange a party in a restaurant for everyone from your workplace. Write a letter to the owner of the restayrant, in the letter: give the reason for the party and details of when you would like to go to the restaurant describe what food the group will require say how many people will attend and ask how much it will cost

Dear Sir or Madam, I hope
this
letter finds you well. My name is Serag Mounir and I am a regular customer of your reputable restaurant. I am writing to schedule a party in your place on the 1st of April. The celebration will be attended by all employees of my company and some of our important customers to us. The Reason for the party is that our company has been founded ten years ago. I think it will be a great occasion. We need to have an open buffet and high-class food because we will have important customers and it will be our image. I do not know how many exactly will attend the dinner but I think there will be around seventy to eighty including the customers, so can you estimate how much it costs to have eighty people with an open buffet? I think we will have enough time to arrange a good day, and I am waiting for your response to recommend me some extra features in your place. Yours faithfully, Serag Mounir
