At the beginning of 1918, bought lodging has become popular and its rate
soared to approximately 78% until it slowly fell to almost 70% for the following 2 years

, the number of households in owned place consistently declined and reached just over 30% in the year 2001, then
a slight resurgence happened the following year with a rate
of almost 40%, respectively.
In contrast
, families in rented places started at a noticeably low percentage that is
just over 20%, however
, it rose to around 33% in 1939 and 1953. In 1971, both households paralleled each other with an equal rate
of 50%. On other hand, rented accommodation continuously rocketed and reached its peak of just under 60% before it decreased to around 65% at the end
