Some people think that cooking food at home is a waste of time. They think that fast food restaurants have made our life easier and less stressful. To what extent do you agree?
Food
is a necessity of everyday life
and people
all around the world prepare various varieties of it. While
some think cooking at home
is beneficial others argue that eating out at a fast food
restaurant
is much easier and a key to a less stressful life
. I think that cooking food
at home
is a much better option and should be the preferred choice. Cooking at home
has many benefits attached to it, one of the many is a hygienic and healthy food
which is cooked in a safe environment, the ingredients used at home
are far better and handpicked than one used at a restaurant
. The food
at home
is not mass-produced and thus
gets ample cooking time and attention to be healthy for human consumption. Cooking at home
is a cost-effective solution which will ease up the stress of earning more to be able to afford daily meals
, anything that is
cooked at home
costs twice as low as the restaurant
and you can customise your food
according to
your liking rather than eating whatever is served to you. Home
meals
are proven to improve health conditions like heart health, improve blood pressure and help people
with obesity. Meals
prepared at home
can also
be a part of family bonding as each member can take up some work and eat together which can lead to a much better-bonded family. Saving money as well as
healthy meals
are among the benefits of cooking at home
, for example
, you get a single grilled chicken piece at the price of 1kg of chicken which can be prepared at home
. However
, there are people
who prefer eating out to avoid the work it takes to cook at home
. People
argue that they usually tend to eat out so that they can utilise the time spent on cooking and doing something more productive and fun. Some people
eat out because they feel it is unnecessary to go out shopping for raw materials and then
cook them when you can just go to a fast food
restaurant
and eat out your favourite meals
. In conclusion, while
some people
think that eating out is the ultimate solution to a stress-free life
. I feel that cooking at home
has far more benefits, it is cost-effective, healthy, hygienic and helps with family bonding. I think we should eat out once in a blue moon to avoid much greater stress in life
and lead a happy healthy one.Submitted by jiwani.s.karim on
