the charts below show the average percentages in typical meals of the three types of nutrients, all of which may be unhealthy if eaten too much.

This
study is carried out in the USA.
Overall
, there are three nutrients that are consumed by people those are Salt, Saturated fat and Added carbohydrate. The food is eaten 4 times a day respectively in the morning, in the afternoon in the evening and later in the night, by the population in the country. The food intake is measured in percentages.
Usage of added sugar(42%) and saturated fats(21%) during snack time is greater than that of sodium ie; only (14%). Whereas
, the sodium chloride(29%) and the saturated fats(26%) are consumed more
during lunch as compared to added carbohydrates (19%). But if we look at the proportion of dinner is the largest for the pair of supplements that are salt(43%), saturated fats(37%), and a bit lower in added glucose which is (23%).
The part covered with grey represents the breakfast and here the saturated fat and added glucose have equal values (16%) whereas
, the percentage remains less for the sodium chloride by 2% ie;(14%). While
comparing we come across that the value of the salt in the morning and evening is exactly the same (14%). Consumption of these fibres is very much higher than, what we require throughout the day, so overeating all such
unhealthy food will lead to many fitness-related issues in the long run. A person must keep a check over its nutriment utilisation while
eating during the 24 hours.Submitted by Leena Kapoor on
