,a structure is located in the sea and uses its water.The first picture shows that the

spins a turbine and produces light.
On the other hand

wind
which is in the opposite direction and by ,

Firstly
,the machine is on a cliff or a sea wall.

place provides the best way for collecting wave power.In the first ,picture

inside the structure.At the top of it is the chamber which probably is used for controlling the high of the wave.
