You have a complaint about the hotel you stayed at while attending a meeting that was booked by the organiser of a company meeting. Write a letter to the organiser of the meeting and include Details about the meeting The problem you face What should be done

Dear Sir, I am writing
this
letter to express my frustration about the service of the Moon motel.
Last
week our company held a meeting in the lodging. It was an annual sale growth meeting so the senior members from the marketing department joined it.
However
, the hotel has a gigantic hall which was perfect for the seminar and organised with elegant furniture.
Moreover
, everyone from the meeting praises the hall. Everything was going well but all of a sudden the air conditioner stopped working. It was extremely hot weather outside
as a result
members of the seminar got panic
as well as
started sweating.
Although
I informed the motel manager regarding the incident immediately they did not take any steps at the earliest time.
Consequently
, we had to finish the meeting in a quicker period of time. When we had finished the meeting
then
the technician came to fix it. It was a great disappointment for us and is not acceptable service from the management team of the hotel. To avoid
such
circumstances in the future, you can talk with the manager and let him know about the incident. Before booking please make sure everything is checked prior to the program. I hope you will contemplate the suggestion. Yours faithfully, Lisa
