 a sense of pride and confidence. A well-dressed employee is seen as more trustworthy and capable, which can lead to better business relationships and increased sales.

 above appearance believe that employee performance should be the sole focus. They argue that a dress code can be superficial and may lead to a culture of judgment and discrimination. They believe that by focusing on the quality of

 others believe that you don't have to wear specific clothes to do your

 well. Personally, I support the
