You saw an advertisement for a tennis course in England but you have one or two problems and can’t stay the whole course. Write a letter to the course director. In your letter explain your interest in the course describe your problems find out if a refund is possible

Dear Sir or Madam My name is SABER Youcef and I am writing
this
letter regarding the tennis
course
advertisement in the newspaper. From a young age, I have always wanted to learn tennis;
however
, I have never had the chance to do it, and when I saw your
course
I thought that
this
is the perfect opportunity for me in order to practise
this
sport.
Although
I want to continue the lessons till the end, I am afraid I have got an issue, my boss has already planned a business trip for me
at the end
of the month and unfortunately, it coincides with the
last
three sessions of the
course
;
therefore
, I will not be able to attend them. As I will not be present in the full
course
, is there any chance that you will compensate me for the days that I will miss? I think that would be a fair deal,
however
, I am not fully aware of your policies in regard to refunding clients. As my matter is urgent, a quick response would be appreciated Yours faithfully SABER Youcef

Use a variety of complex and simple sentences

You should use complex sentences in your writing, but it does not mean that you should try to make all of our sentences complex.

‘Complex’ sentences are not actually very complex; they are just two or more simple sentences put together. Putting them together makes the essay more coherent and cohesive.

Examples:

I really want to study but I’m too tired.

I wore a warm coat because the weather was cold.

If action is not taken soon on climate change, global warming will get worse.
