In your letter: say what the participants liked about the hotel explain why they were unhappy about the food suggest what the managers should do to improve the food in future

Dear MK, I hope
this
email finds you well. I would like to thank you for hosting the meeting
last
week at your hotel
However
, there were some participants who were not satisfied with the
food
that was offered for Lunch. Let me clarify the situation.
Last
Saturday, Our meeting was held at your hotel from 4 pm till 9pm
then
after the meeting I got some feedback that the participants liked the hotel as it was very tidy and organized and
also
they liked the accommodation , but they did not like the
food
as it was served two hours late.
Additionally
, it was cold and even there wasn't veggie
food
for vegetarians. I would like to suggest you offer the
food
in the buffet so it will keep the
food
warm and everyone will able to get their preferences easily and even the
food
will serve on time. Thank you for your consideration. regards, Iman
