There is an ongoing discussion about whether interpersonal
skills
are more important than academic achievement when it comes to employee success.
While
I partially social
skills
are more often amore accuracy indicator of
employees
' performance than academic qualification along .,
Also
I believe
this
is not always correct
Firstly
it is reasonable to assume that
employees
' communication
skills
are nowadays more essential to most
companies
for their business .
This
is important because
employees
have good communication with their customers and colleague . it helps handle social media and other communication tools for a better explanation of their product to clients ,
such
as insurance
companies
which need to have good social
skills
and
employees
to sell their policies to customers .
Secondly
,networking is arguably a sufficient part of
employees
' success in most parts of their jobs ,whether clients' side or technical .For ,Example
employees
with excellent interpersonal
skills
are more likely to participate and productive atmosphere within their company .They
also
more trend to their company positively ,because they can promote the company brand image to society without any additional cost . Research suggests that a positive work environment leads to a high level of productivity and happiness all over departments or
companies
whole .
This
lead to efficient
employees
' long-term stay with
companies
and it is given valuable financial benefit to all workers including their owners .,
also
staff members are happy and more settled in their job as well job responsible . I believe both social
skills
and academic qualifications have a role in pay .
while
it is probably true to say that social
skills
are the most factor for long-term success and happiness but academics are mainly the minimum qualifications to carry out most jobs .There most
employees
would be qualified in both social
skills
and academic qualifications .
