Dear Caroline, Hope you'
re
doing well. I'm glad that you have
finally
decided to take up a sport to maintain a fitness routine and reached out to me asking for my advice. There are a lot of options available, since you'
re
someone who's never played a sport earlier I would suggest you start with Volley Ball.
This
game is played by most high-school children and would be the best for a beginner.
This
game takes a lot of energy and will help you enhance flexibility. Honestly, I feel
this
is the most interesting game that can be enjoyed by everyone irrespective of the age group. There's an academy "Game-Stay" two blocks away from my home where they teach different activities for beginners
such
as Throw Ball, Basket Ball and soccer too! I
also
heard they have a huge skating rink. I think it would be a great idea to learn from there, as there have been many positive reviews about the place. They help you understand the basics, correct stances and every minute detail. Well now that you'
re
interested in learning something cool, that has motivated me
also
to learn it
along with
you.
This
could be a great idea since both of us will be new there and it would be easier to help each other out. I'll contact the academy for
further
details and will meet you at Barista on Saturday at 10.30 am. Let me know if you'
re
okay with the plan. Hope to hear from you soon. Lots of Love, Keisha Thomas.
