It has been seen that people belong to certain nations prefer to buy thier own house rather than living into the rented property. There are few logical reasons behind this preference. According to me, securing your own place for residing is one of the positive situation. I would like to shed some light in this matter in the following paragraphs.

In this contemporary era, an increasing number of people are inclined to stay in cities rather than rural areas, and then the population in the countryside is reducing. In my perspective, this is a nagative development for many conutries, the national economies will lower graually because there are few people doing a job of fishing or agriculture. Additionally, some urban areas have become more crowded than ever before, diminishing living quailty is also a servere problem.

Environmental concerns have affected worlwide leading serious outputs such as global warming, massive destruction of the atmosphere, etc. Although many solutions have been proposed, many people argue that these should be executed by governments, while many other suggests that both counterparts should apply some techniques in order to decelerate the rate of environmental destruction.
