You should spend about 20 minutes on this task. Write at least 150 words. You recently went to a restaurant but think you could have left your credit card behind. Write to the restaurant. In your letter •Tell them when you went there •Describe where you think you may have left the credit card •Explain what you would like the restaurant to do You do NOT need to write any addresses.
Dear Manager,
I came to your restaurant with my friends two nights ago, on May 14th for a dinner meal. My booking was for 7.30 pm under my name – Mai Huong.
When I got home after that, I believe that I may have left the credit card at the restaurant as I could not see it in my wallet. I do not remember exactly how I lost it, but I think it may have fallen on the floor after I process the payment at the Cahiser counter. There were 2 counters, the one that I paid for was located near the bar.
If you have found the card, I would be grateful if you could keep it and contact me, I will stop by after work to get it. I have asked the bank to lock my card for security.
Here is my phone number xx09
Anyway, the meal was excellent!
Yours faithfully,
Mai Huong
