I am writing
this
letter to complain about the microwave that I bought to complete my kitchen. The condition of the microwave was good on the first day but it sparked and stopped working. So I called on the helpline number given on the packaging but I did not get a good response.
I have heard about the store from my friend, Harsh, therefore
, I visited. I went to the shop on Saturday with my brother, and we viewed all the microwaves even though the Ninja brand is expensive, we managed to buy it and the employee working at the location assured us that it comes with a warranty of 10 years. We took it, and on the next day when I was trying to warm up my breakfast, I heard a spark and a burning smell. After that, the microwave never worked.
Then
I contacted the store and I got to know that model I bought is 7, models below 8 do not come with warranty insurance. Before I could finish, he hung up. The exchange and refund policy is clearly written on the packaging so why am I not eligible for it?
The exchange does not bother me but because of the behaviour I received, I would like to get a refund as soon as possible. I hope this
matter can be resolved as soon as possible.
