letter with reference to a suspicious issue that I figured out

while

using the treadmill which I recently bought from your online store. The machine was working fine for the initial days. After a week's ,usage there has been a blaring noise which comes out from the treadmill whenever I or any of my family members do a running session on the same.

Moreover

, the irritating sound continues for a

while

and after a running sprint for five minutes, the machine generates enormous heat and eventually stops operations. I would like to generate a complaint over the company's portal asking the company to initiate a visit request for one of the technicians.

However

, even if the equipment does not get fixed post the engineer's visit,

then

in that case it would be my humble request to the organisation for replacing

this
