Some people think that universities should provide graduates with the knowledge and skills needed in the workplace. Others think that the true function of a university should beto give access to knowledge for its own sake, regardless of whether the course is useful to an employer. What ,in your opinion, should be the main function of a university?

Some people argue that courses should be aligned with the modern work trade,
whereas
others opine that educational institutions should teach for their own benefit. University is a powerhouse of knowledge, a pupil should learn how to open
this
door during his study period through which he will triumph over the world. We are living in a world of technology where everything is changing so fast, working pattern is not excluded from
this
list. To cope with
this
competitive world, one should build himself from his varsity life and
this
organization has a lot of duties to shape the future of an adolescent.
For example
, practical assignments, workshops, and study tours to various industries will genuinely help a person to know the culture of the ongoing systems.
Moreover
, the syllabus should be made in a way that students can easily catch the demand of the workplace.
Otherwise
, a novice when joining an office or industry, faces a lot of critical situations which fall him into an uncomfortable condition. Quick decision-making, logical reasoning etc are very important nowadays. Academy should teach students about these hotcake skills.
Along with
this
, industrial attachment or corporate intern will
also
play a vital role to make the pupils competent.
on the other hand
, some people think that the university will increase only its own value by selling the students. In my sense,
this
is vice versa, because when an institution can produce a dynamic and charismatic leader who will be not only adept in leading but
also
technically sound
then
the quality of that institution will be automatically justified. Conclusively, in my opinion, the university should build their pupils in a way so that they can apply their brains fruitfully in any organization in their career.
