Dear Sir or Madam, My name is Madhur Bathla! I am writing
this
 letter with reference to the service that I received from your hotel staff where I spent a night after completing the conference within your hotel. We as an organisation conduct a conference twice in one year to share the success stories of our employees followed by the award ceremony for the best achievers in that specific quarter. The speakers in the conference room were not up to the mark.
Moreover
, the waiter staff assigned to the meeting room were not trained in an effective manner to cater for our lead management team. Moving forward, I would recommend the general manager who organised the meeting must train their existing staff to be more polite with their guests, and I would like to request you to please get the technical arrangements in check before launching an event. Use a variety of complex and simple sentences

You should use complex sentences in your writing, but it does not mean that you should try to make all of our sentences complex.

‘Complex’ sentences are not actually very complex; they are just two or more simple sentences put together. Putting them together makes the essay more coherent and cohesive.

Examples:

I really want to study but I’m too tired.

I wore a warm coat because the weather was cold.

If action is not taken soon on climate change, global warming will get worse.
