A friend of yours is thinking of going to a camping holiday for the first time this summer. He has asked for your advice. Write a letter to your friends. In your letter, Explain why you think your friend would enjoy camping holiday describe some possible disadvantages say whether you would like to go on camping with your friend this summer
Dear Ashane,
Hope you’re doing well. I am writing
this
letter to you as a response to the advice seek from me about a camping holiday.
To begin
with, a camping holiday is an adventure that should be experienced by an individual, and I believe you would enjoy it. Camping is relaxing, because it helps you to escape the busy routine in your day-to-day life. Furthermore
, it lets you see the stars in the sky before going to sleep and wake up to the sounds of birds, which is a different experience. Camping in a local village also
gives you the opportunity to visit the local attractions, which would enhance your knowledge about that place.
As this
is your first time camping, there would be discomfort that you might encounter. Firstly
, if you’re camping uphill side in Sri Lanka, the weather would be harsh, because the temperature could drop to three Celsius at night irrespective of the weather season. Secondly
, there is a possibility of bug bites, which could be very irritating, so if you are having any allergies, you might need to take medicine along with
you.
Since it has been five years since we met each other, I would also
like to join you on this
adventure. This
would be a great opportunity for both of us to do some catching up while
enjoying the beauty of nature.
I hope to see you soon, and if you need any further
information, please do not hesitate to give me a ring on my mobile phone.
Regards
