Dear Brown,
I am writing
this
letter regarding the educational trip to the Kallang nature reserve. I heard from the club that you are looking for parents for the excursion and I am really happy to volunteer for the trip.
To be honest, I wanted to take a break from my mundane work and bond with my daughter and I think this
could be a better opportunity to spend time with her as well enjoy outdoor activities.
I have been to the place several times since my childhood and I can be your guide for this
trip. I also
have a few friends working as rangers who can arrange for night safaris and special guided tours if we insist. Furthermore
, as a conservationist, I can give brief talks about wildlife and share my knowledge about conserving them.
I would like to enquire about the date we are leaving in advance so that I could schedule accordingly
. If you think, I can be a fit, please don't hesitate to contact me if you require any information.
I am looking forward to hearing from you back.
Best Regards,
