, January saw an increasing trend by individuals and by telephone,

it dropped to the lowest in May and remained the same level the next

of 2011, the survey by phone was the highest with about 900, compared to the figure by letter or email with just a bit lower 800 and in person about 400. The number in person increased dramatically until the middle of March when reaching the highest among these three ways.
