When working at a company the main goal is to not stay at the same position, there is need for growth and also getting a higher salary. I disagree with this, because I feel that you just need the right knowledge .This essay is going to bring out my opinion on the matter.

it is important for children to learn the difference between right and wrong at an early age. Punishment is necessary to help them learn this distinction. To what extent do you agree or disagree with this opinion? What sort of punishment should parents and teachers be allowed to use to teach good behaviour to children?
The concept of right and wrong is a basic value that needs to be taught since the earliest stage of children's education. We often see some people giving such punishment to the child who does not obey the rule to show him/her that they are doing wrong. In my opinion, I agree with this act but, the types of sanction should be appropriate and does not create a traumatic effect for them.
