You have recently ordered an item through the Internet, but are not happy with the purchase. Write to the company. In your letter: – describe what you purchased, – explain why you are not happy with the purchase, – tell them what you would like them to do about the situation. Dear Sir or Madam,

Dear Sir or Madam, I am writing
this
letter to show my dissatisfaction regarding the product that I purchased from your site
last
week. Sir,I ordered an expensive Armani watch from Amazon as it was recommended by one of my friends but when I opened the package I was shocked to see its condition of it.The glass of the watch is completely broken and the quality of the band is very poor.
Moreover
,there are no batteries included in the package .Earlier,I was very excited as I wanted to give it to my husband on his birthday but after opening
this
parcel,I am completely shocked.
This
is very unfair as now I have to change my plans at the
last
moment and I do not think that I can even trust your site in future if
this
is going to happen every time.I would really appreciate it if you could refund the total amount so that I can buy some other stuff for my partner or send the brand-new watch. Hope to get a positive response from your side. Yours faithfully, Kiran
