letter to inform you about the loss of my identification card. I forgot my badge

week at the auditorium where the event was held. As soon as I came to know that I left my badge behind I went immediately back to the auditorium and made a deep search but was not able to found. So, I thought somebody must saw it and maybe he submitted it to the lost section. Even I tried to find out the card in the lost section area in our college but didn't receive any positive thing. As our college has a rule of wearing the ID label compulsory I am facing many problems like entering the college, using the library etc. I am suffering because of the loss of my ID label. So, I want to request a new application for my card. Kindly brief me on the procedure for the application. Thanks for your time and consideration. Yours Sincerely,
