letter to show my disappointment with the recent purchase of a mixer grinder from your
shop

week on 22nd June 2023. When I visited the
shop
, a boy demonstrate the features of the mixer grinder to me, at that time it was working fine. He gave me a new pack box and I bought it with the trust that it will work extremely well as he provided in the demo. As I started unpacking the box the same next day, one small size jar was missing from it.
Also
, when I plugged in the switch and started to grind the gravy for vegetables. It started noising too much. After facing
this
problem, I tried to call the
shop
. One of your staff picked up and assured me that , these problems were resolved soon, As they will send one person from your
shop
to pick up that mixer grinder from home and check on the issues but it never happened. I am waiting for 7 days but did not get any response on that. I am requesting you to please do the needful as soon as possible. If it won’t be in condition to repair
then
either replace it or provide me with a full refund of the money. It is a very essential item for me to use every day in my kitchen. Awaiting a prompt reply! Yours sincerely, Bunny
