, it can be clearly seen that in both bar ,charts individuals who study for career and given employers support were the highest under the
age
of 26.
Furthermore

according to
the data given in the first graph, people under 26 were less interested in acquiring study than those over 49. It is interesting to note that the percentage of individuals who aimed to get an education for a future profession gradually decreased until the
age
of 49,
whereas
the opposite trend for people under 26.
Also
, human beings between 40 and 49 were equal purposes (for interest and for a job).
In addition
, referring to the second chart human beings between the

of 30-39 were the least supported by employers.
However
, after the

of 40, companies tried to support middle-aged individuals. But students from 26 to 29 got more help with fees and time off than those who were over 49.
