The two pie charts illustrate information about the amount of energy consumed in the world and electricity generated for the past year.
Overall
, It can be seen that the most common resource used for both was coal and after ,that the results varied a lot between the charts. The smallest portion was given to renewable resources. The biggest part of the data for power usage for the whole world was taken up by oil approximately 34.3% followed by coal and natural gas,(25.1% and 20.9% respectively).The results were quite different when it comes to other resources
for example
hydro nuclear and combustible renewable waste , where percentages were all between 2.2% and 10.6%. In comparison, the numbers related to producing electric power were showing the application of other substances.
Although
, coal and gas were still with the highest percentages (39.8% and 19.6% respectively). Renewables and waste were not even mentioned as a factor. Oil was one of the least used fuels for a generation with 6.7%.
