You should spend about 20 minutes on this task. You would like to buy some electrical goods at a shop in a nearby town. Write a letter to the shop and - ask if they have the things you want or whether they will be able to order them. - --- Ask what the prices are and - how long they will be able to hold the goods for you.
Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing
this
letter to bring to your attention that I am looking for some electrical goods to buy from your store. I am wondering availability of items and for how long you can hold them for me .
I am looking for a double-door refrigerator and an automatic washing machine which I searched online as well because the season is going on and you are offering a great discount, so I would like to know if they are available at your store or if they will be directly delivered to my house.
As I checked them online, prices are too high including
delivery charges. Could you please let me know the prices of both products you offer after seasonal discounts and taxes?
One thing more, Currently I am out of town so could you please able to hold them for a week I will pick them up from your store as soon as I landed in the city.
I would appreciate a reply at your earliest convenience
Yours faithfully
,
