Write a letter to your manager asking for permission to give a presentation. In your letter: describe what type of presentation you have in mind what topics it would cover and how long it would take who should participate in the presentation and where should it be conducted
Dear Sir
I hope you are having an exquisite time.I am writing
this
letter regarding a presentation I am optimistic to give and I hope you'll ratify my request. This
presentation will target the new workforce hired and will not only familiarise them with our working environment but also
will shed light on our expectations of them. Moreover
,how they can contribute and add value to our company.
Firstly
,it will include the individuals' responsibilities and work ethics.Secondly
,it will highlight the significance of punctuality and time management.Lastly
,It will emphasize the importance of commitment and dedication towards your work.On the positive side,it will sum up in thirty minutes.
It is imperative for avid young amateurs to attend this
presentation.However
,anyone who is interested will be welcome as it discusses not only basic but also
crucial work ethics which contributes significantly to the desired outcome.Furthermore
,the meeting room can easily accommodate up to thirty people so it would be an ideal location for this
session.I am looking forward to hearing from you.
Thank you in anticipation
Yours Faithfully
