The two maps below show road access to a city hospital in 2007 and 2010. Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant.
There are some differences between 2007 and 2010 hospital
road
access. First,
the bus
stop is relocated from the east side
of the hospital building to the right in front of the hospital building. To accommodate traffic including buses going in and out of the hospital, three roundabouts were built, one in front of the building, one connected to the main city road
and one replacing the previous bus
stop. In addition
, all cars including staff used to be parked on the east side
in front of the building. After relocation, the public car park is located on the east side
across from the main building, while
the staff car park remained at the same place. To prevent traffic on hospital roads because of bus
and car parking, the bus
stop is connected to the building roundabout and the city road
roundabout. This
layout is used in order to prevent bus
parking on the side
of Hospital Road
