To begin
with the first reason, it can lead to poor people who do not have cash. So, they need to work and make bills for their lives or take care of their families. If the field did not give them chances for a job, they would not gain a bill and can not live.
Next,
the pay that employees achieve will be sustainable if they do not care about social liability. They will not have workers and can not get more, more cash. Another point to discuss is that there will be a lot of competitors around companies, and businesses, they will attack and endanger the companies, and the work if they do not be careful, do not have good relationships and do not have social importance.
Besides
that, a company which have social power have so many benefits.
For example
, the government will solve the problem for your association if your association have a good social duty. Taking everything into account, I think having social importance is very good.
